Meet Rita Assi Njweng

Rita Assi Njweng is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Buffydollar Enterprise LLC, a mission-driven company dedicated to improving lives through healthcare innovation, education, digital technology, and wellness.

Originally from Cameroon, her early experiences with limited access to healthcare inspired a lifelong commitment to creating solutions that make quality healthcare more accessible, equitable, and preventive.

Today, she is a Registered Nurse (BSN), entrepreneur, author, and healthcare innovator dedicated to improving lives through compassionate care and technology. As a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Institute, Rita embraces Agile principles and servant leadership, believing that the best leaders empower others, foster collaboration, and drive meaningful innovation.

She combines her clinical expertise with project management and technology to lead the development of WellSync Wellness AI, an AI-powered preventive healthcare and clinical intelligence platform designed to support patients, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and communities through telehealth, remote monitoring, clinical workflow automation, and personalized wellness solutions. Through Buffydollar Enterprise LLC and Buffydollar Publishing, Rita also develops educational resources, books, and digital solutions that promote lifelong learning, mental wellness, and healthier communities. Her vision is to build globally impactful technologies and educational initiatives that improve healthcare outcomes, empower individuals, and inspire the next generation of innovators.
